Hey, I'll take it.
The kids are antsy, and I can't really fault them because I'm antsy, too. And it's a kind of awkward time because you don't want to start any new units in any subject that you're not going to be able to finish, but you still have to keep the little buggers busy. Doing something constructive, preferably.
I found out today that I'm going to be moving classrooms after the break. The reason why... well, to put it in a nutshell, right now we have two schools on the same campus because the new school's campus was still being constructed. But now it's finished enough for them to be able to move in, so they're leaving and vacating their rooms. Some of them are the 'good' rooms -- the non-portables. Right now I'm in a really bare-bones portable in the Outer Siberia portion of the campus, no sink, hardly any storage space. My new room will be a non-portable right next to the other upper-grade classrooms, with a sink and bookshelves and much closer to the bathrooms. Yay!
Not that I'm exactly looking forward to the actual moving part.
