Justice League: Epilogue

Ooookay.

Well that was very... un-Justice Leaguish.

*puzzles*

Yeah. Weird.

*puzzles some more*

Hmm.

Very strange.

I can't even say I know how I feel about it. Except I'm glad that JLU got renewed, because as a series finale?

Yeah. Odd.

Terry is his son. Because of Waller's genetic manipulation.

I suppose I feel kind of let down... but mostly because I have no interest in Batman Beyond and, as much as I wuv Bruce, it would have been nice to make this more about the JL as a whole, instead of it being all "well, Beyond got cancelled and we really wanted to spring this on the viewers at some point but we didn't get the chance so I guess we'll do it now".

I want new episodes now.

UPDATE: I just had a thought that makes this episode more meaningful to me.

So Terry is almost a Bruce clone, right? And his girlfriend is Dana. Dana... Diana... dude, it's so obvious ;)

And to my way of thinking, BB is still an AU.

So there!

Hmm...interesting. I actually remembed to watch JLU last night, they aired 'Question Authority'. Interesting ep. Unfortunately, if they air the next part *next* weekend, I won't be able to watch it. Unless I can sneak away from the festivities and find an unoccupied corner!
Yeah, QA was the Cartoon Episode -- Epilogue was Friday's YTV (Canada) episode, which I downloaded.
Mergle. You've got all the way to the end and I'm only up to Question Authority.

I hope that whoever the writing team is this year, they're back next year, because this whole Cadmus story has kicked multiple kinds of butt.

The power of downloads, my dear ;)

Yeah... the arc has been good... although I would be happier if they went back to telling stories about the core seven instead of every superhero that ever graced a DC comics page ;)
Yeah, much as I enjoy the Green Arrow/Black Canary banter, it's making the show rather diffuse.

But then, I'd be in heaven with the Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman hour, personally.
