Sorry to those I was talking to in chat. The power died.

Hey meldewen04 -- I just bought The Ring off (for about $6 -- whee! This place is soo dangerous).

It's sad to say, but my three days off in a row are almost over, and I'm working for the next five days straight -- not all day or anything, but still. But maybe being more busy will make me a little more active in other ways -- like writing. Ack, I've been so lazy. It's disgusting.

*shudders* Well if you like being freaked out and scared silly, then I hope you'll enjoy your copy of "The Ring".
*chuckles* The thing is, I like horror movies. In high school, my friends and I had the Halloween movies (the good ones, of course) all but memorized, and we had a great time shrieking and carrying on. So I guess you can say that I don't really scare easy. And I like The Ring because it's a complex, rather intelligent story (especially for horror) and it's not copiously gorey. I didn't see it until it came out on DVD, and I rented it, but for me it's one of those movies you could keep going back and watching and keep finding new stuff about it. So in other words -- yes, I will enjoy it :D

If it makes you feel any better, it also scared the bejeesus out of wardragon, who I consider to be a pretty unflappable gal ;)
Maybe I'll have to break down and watch this movie. I don't really like horror movies. I saw Poltergeist when I was 5 or 6 and didn't flinch, saw Nightmare on Elm Street 2 when I was 10 or 11 and again nothing.
