I went to the bookstore this morning and bought two books about anxiety attacks and agoraphobia, Don't Panic: Taking Control of Anxiety Attacks and Natural Relief for Anxiety. So far the best thing about them has just been reading the intro and seeing that, wow, other people have had these same symptoms, especially when it's things like overbreathing that I've been experiencing without knowing what it is.

I also just happened to stroll by the scifi/fantasy area. Noticed a SG1 roleplaying book that I had never seen before, and also came across The Ultimate Guide to the Dark Knight. Isn't it beautiful? There's a JLA version too. Yum.
