Disorder | Rating
People with histrionic personality disorder are constant attention seekers. They need to be the center of attention all the time, often interrupting others in order to dominate the conversation. They use grandiose language to discribe everyday events and seek constant praise. They may dress provacatively or exaggerate illnesses in order to gain attention. They also tend to exaggerate friendships and relationships, believing that everyone loves them. They are often manipulative.
Of course everyone &%#@ing loves me!
Narcissistic personality disorder is characterized by self-centeredness. Like histrionic disorder, people with this disorder seek attention and praise. They exaggerate their achievements, expecting others to recongize them as being superior. They tend to be choosy about picking friends, since they believe that not just anyone is worthy of being their friend. They tend to make good first impressions, yet have difficulty maintaining long-lasting relationships. They are generally uninterested in the feelings of others and may take advantage of them.
Well at least I wasn't rated as 'high' in either of these areas ;) Mama raised me to have plenty of self-confidence, that's for darn tootin' *g*
Take the test
Now as for the important stuff...
Kind of a blah episode. I'm bummed there are only a few left in the season, but I want to get to the interesting stuff. I already read the transcript of the next ep and it sounds kind of interesting, but again, the dragging on of Gideon's secret evilness is getting as tiring as Lauren's secret evilness. At least Leo and Piper had a next conversation... kinda. I can certainly see why Piper is gun shy -- I mean, she really has no way of knowing what's going to happen once Chris is born and he has to rejoin the Elders, right? She doesn't know he's not going to just ditch her again. She has a right to be as emotionally withdrawn as she is. But still... come on, it's Leo. Wah.
Hmm. Leo could be a good name for a kitten, especially a tabby. *jots that down*
But anyway, at least there was a nice bonding moment between Leo and Chris. And they called each other "son" and "dad"! Squee! It's a big step up from Chris trying to kill his father last time.
Again, not terribly strong feelings either way. I'm kind of annoyed that the sister is being used as such a plot device. Sloane is still a bastard, but it's obvious Nadia is going to have some kind of soft spot for him. Sark is a bigger bastard, and Lauren is an equally big bitch.
The previews for the next episode -- "I hate you, and I love Sydney" -- made me giggle... well, like a schoolgirl. Although I have to wonder why Vaughn thinks Lauren cares. Eh, who cares. He's not saying it for her, really, he's saying it for us! Mwahaha.
Oh yeah. I tweaked my LJ colors again. To match my new default icon.
Tomorrow I have my American Lit performance. I know I'm going to look silly, but then again we're all going to look silly to varying degrees, so it's not as bad as it could be. Plus we're going first, so we can get it out of the way and avoid being embarassed by going after a group that's totally awesome. Then I have my last physics class, and at 9pm we have a dorm meeting to talk about when we're moving out.
Answer: As soon as freaking possible.
Saw on the 'net news this evening that Hari Kerry fell off this bike today. Poor baby. I wonder if it was another Secret Service agent who knocked him down.
13 days til graduation. 8 days til my last class. 5 days until the kitten-shopping may commence.
Oh. And all blood is red. It can be bright red or dark red depending on oxygen content, but it's always red.
Unless you're a Klingon, in which case it's Pepto Bismol.
