tv // lbd // shoulder touch

Okay, so some of you know about my issues right now and some don't. For one of my teaching classes I have to go and observe some (4) classrooms where a social studies lesson is taking place. Easy enough, right? Well, because of my schedule, I can only really do this on Thursday mornings, and maybe late Friday mornings. But all the elementary schools in this area seem to be mandated to teach their 3 hours of Language Arts/Reading in the morning. So I've been trying to get in touch with the middle schools, which are completely useless. I've left two messages for the VP of one over the last two weeks, and nothin'. And yes, I know VPs are busy, but c'mon, give me a break here!

(And yes, I'm hormonal.)

ETA: Just called the first school again, and of course the VP is in a meeting. I gave the secretary my name and number -- let's see if the 3rd time is the charm.

Thanks Stef :)

I've emailed my professor to let her know. I don't expect her to all of a sudden start being helpful, but it can't hurt.
Understanding would be enough, helpful is probably a bit much to aim for.. at least, that's my experience with uni profs.. unfortunately..

Which reminds me, I really need to call my thesis advisor tomorrow.. Ask if he received my thesis two weeks ago, and how he's doing on grading it and stuff..

Communication, such a wonderful thing when it works, and such a pain in the a$$ when the other party forgets about its existence *groans*
