Just finished reading The Handmaid's Tale. Pretty tired and still not totally sure what I think. The end annoyed me, though. I hate that kind of ambiguity in fiction, although I guess in reality it played a part through the entire story. Still, it felt like such an anticlimax. Ho hum.

Still, I guess it did inspire me to write some Jonasfic tonight :)

But for those of the younger generations mystified by any of the lyrics of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire", this is a really great page, with all of the lyrics and descriptions of BJ's alleged 'name dropping'. Really, I just think it's a cool song.

UPN has officially changed the title of Enterprise to Star Trek: Enterprise "to further capitalize on and form a stronger connection to the famous and highly successful" franchise. Trekkers need not worry: A network insider assures me that viewers will continue to get the same subpar show they've come to expect.
